Company development and production of LED bulbs (LED bulb

Appearance
and production process

Pharox lemnis LED Bulbs appearance and good craftsmanship,
with glass shade.
PHILIPS LED Bulbs good appearance and production technology,

XQ-lite LED Bulbs rough exterior, glass lamp shade.
TOSHIBA ECORE LED Bulbs appearance and good craftsmanship,
using PC plastic lampshade, this is the test of LED bulbs
only use plastic lampshade.
SHARP LED Bulbs good appearance and production technology,
glass lamp shade, but I personally do not like appearance.
Panasonic LED Bulbs good appearance and production
technology, glass lamp shade, maybe it is too simple
packaging, I got the sample, the glass shade has a small
fracture.

is rather poor, with glass shade.
Packaging:
Pharox lemnis with paper tube packaging, good protection
against light bulb.
PHILIPS use blister packaging
XQ-lite with box packaging, a protective pad frame.
TOSHIBA ECORE carton packaging with no protection mat frame,
use only plastic bags to package LED bulb lights, the use of
plastic shade, it dares to do so.
SHARP using carton packaging, protective cushion frame. I
think the Sharp LED bulb lamp packaging is the most
reliable, of course, Pharox lemnis is also very good.
Panasonic used carton packaging, corrugated boxes inside the
protection ring to do is probably get the samples are
cracked, personally think that the packaging of Panasonic
LED bulb is not reliable.
More than personal opinion, do not do reference! Or take a
look at the actual facts and figures.
Test data:
The following table shows our measured luminous flux and
luminous efficiency, test time for each LED light bulb in
the integrating sphere in an hour, the concrete into the
initial luminous flux and power consumption, light up
one-third of Zhong Shiguang flux and power, light and a half

Can see that the big brands luminous efficiency is relatively high,
usually in the 60-80LM / W, the Japanese brand of light-efficient,
LED bulbs Philips low only 47LM / W, puzzling. Deficiency of small
brands flux serious, not as ordinary luminous efficiency
energy-saving lamps. Need to be reminded that the Panasonic LDA8D-A1
/ D of PF0.93, which is why we test PF value of the trigger point,

more than 0.9, so the other PF value of LED light bulbs, also made

We can see from the table, the measured efficiency incandescent
light 8-10LM / W. Energy-saving lamp 44-60LM / W. Comparison of
energy-saving lamps, a good energy-saving LED Bulbs can be 25%,

better, the actual energy savings would be greater than 30%. But the
worse of the LED bulb type fluorescent lamp is simply not as good as
saving energy-saving lamps.
I know RC Buck, do not use lamp, LED bulb emitting efficiency can be
